Granite Under My Feet is primarily the work of Ray Carbone, a longtime regional writer, editor and networker. He currently resides in the Mount Kearsarge-Lake Sunapee area of New Hampshire but he’s also lived in the Lake Winnipesaukee region and in southern part of the state. He grew up in the New York City area, and attended college in both Boston and San Francisco, earning a Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University.

Ray’s byline has appeared on a variety of regional platforms including the Boston Globe/Boston.com, New Hampshire magazine, New Hampshire Public Radio/NHPR.org, NH Union Leader/Sunday News, BusinessNH magazine, Cape Cod Times and Home & Hearth magazine.
